Yoga
I am trained as a 200-hour yoga teacher, and most importantly I’m a forever student. I teach Vinyasa/Power, Yin, Restorative, Meditation, and Pranayama (breathwork).
As a teacher, I am highly aware of the mind-body connection, and lean on strengthening the nervous system through controlling the breath and engaging the body. You can expect intentional, juicy movement when you practice with me. The wisdom that our bodies hold can be accessed through this amazing practice, and I hope to leave you feeling empowered in your relationship with yourself.
Yoga is more than just moving our bodies (asana). Yoga is about unity, spirituality, connection, play, and how we live life off the yoga mat.
I value practicing non-harm (ahimsa), and do my best to decolonize this practice by honoring its rich history, and creating an inviting space for all bodies.
My favorite all-level books about modern, decolonized yoga include: A Queer Dharma, Embrace Yoga’s Roots, and Yoke.

I offer private yoga, ranging from 1:1 individual sessions, to large groups! Whether you’re looking to target specific goals outside of a yoga studio environment, are hosting a yoga party, or anything in-between, I’d love to work with you to make your vision come to life!
